  • I have to agree with the other reviewer and add to it. I found the McKeesRocks office to be very unfriendly. I got my contacts there and I was having a problem with them so I stopped into the office to ask their help. They treated me rudely and in a very condescending manner. I have never experienced anything like it in a professional establishment let alone a medical office. I abruptly left in disbelief. To add to that, I wrote to my doctor and shared this with him but never got any reply. So I have to assume that they have no problem with this type of treatment. Needless to say, I won't be back. The two stars are there only because there is a big staff there and I shouldn't assume they all have that attitude
