So we just ordered food to-go. I specifically asked for hearty mac and cheese WITH CHICKEN. I live 20 min. Away in Wickliffe and get home and there's no chicken. I call to let them know the mistake they made and the girl Brittany who answered the phone said and I quote "well you didn't get charged for the chicken" as if somehow that makes their mistake better. I didn't even get a manager I was so mad. Yeah, I didn't get charged for the chicken YOU FORGOT, BUT INSTEAD PAYED $6.80 FOR A LUNCH IM NOT GOING TO EAT NOW. Tell me how that seems okay in customer service. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
