  • So Bestbuy believes it is not okay to honor the current promotions they feel it is best suited for the phone carrier which my case is sprint. However when talking to sprint they stated and I quote " This promotion is through Best Buy and they should in fact honor it" as we are ok with that! When talking to Best Buy they did not want to be bothered.... Great Customer service
