I am a 22 year old who visited with a 21 year old. We are new to drinking and recently became interested in wine. I work in customer service, so I know how to be patient and ask questions politely. Our experience was awful. We asked for help twice; once for a wine recommendation and the second for their opinion on an airator. BOTH times we received one worded answers that did not clarify what we had asked. I figured this was just the normal customer service at Total Wine, the same that you would expect at a gas station. Later, we saw the same employee, Mia, going above and beyond for another customer who was in her 40's. We continued to check out only to be rudely greeted by Bret, who was also unhelpful when we asked questions. I wouldn't recommend going here if you are looking for helpful customer service. You can go to Bevmo, they were much more welcoming.
