Well after writing my first review, we recieved a phone call from the manager telling us that they no longer wish to have us as a customer. ha pretty funny that their motto i s to treat all pets as their own and to treat clients as they would want to be treated. So they really could care less about our puppy, because they should have seen him to follow up with his check up on his broken leg, instead they said we could not bring him back. I am sure the VERY RUDE employee is still treating clients like a piece of crap. They dont care about their clients or animals..... they made that very clear. Maybe after they lose enough clients they will stop and look at the staff and the way they treat clients.
