  • Awful. Called ahead of time to see if they could repair my travelpro suitcase.. was assured it could be fixed if they had the part. However, When I arrived they told me they would need to take it apart and look at it which would cost $35. If it couldn't be fixed I would have to eat the cost. Ordering the parts would cost as much as buying a new suitcase. I drove all the way from central Phoenix for nothing. Now I understand why the airlines discontinued doing business with this place.
