Okay here comes the comparisons...whenever one talks Japanese Cheesecake one automatically thinks of the current world champion Uncle Tetsu's. Yes the Uncle Tetsu that for some reason only has one friggin oven and can only produce 12 or so cakes at a time so you have to wait in line to get one....whatever!!!
Love Me Sweet is a great alternative for anyone that wants good Japanese Style Cheesecake. Went in as I was in the area on a Sunday late afternoon and there was no wait. Three types of flavours (Original, Chocolate and Coffee) for $11 a cake. We got the original and chocolate flavoured ones.
Both were very good, light and moist with the chocolate one a little drier then the original. Some people might like Love Me Sweet over Uncle Tetsu as its more cake like and less creamy but it really depends on your tastes. They also have a variety of tarts that looked pretty good and I would like to try sometime.
Overall a good option for those who don't want to get suckered waiting for the other guy to finish baking;)
