I think I've found the most nutritious meal around UofT.
Make sure to always go bowl and ask for an extra serving of beans but less rice. This way you get the most fibre and protein out of your meal, keeping you full for a long time.
You're paying a bit more here than subway... However keep in mind that their chicken is real chicken, steak is real steak. No processed meats.
This place is bodybuilder heaven.
