I was at this urgent care about 3 weeks ago and was prescribed medication to help me with a sinus infection in cold but 3 weeks later I was still sick and the medication was not working so I called them and went back And the doctor Reuben something was there and seemed to walk into the office and not care about what was going on at all walked in looked in my ears and also looked up my nose did not ask any questions and just left the room then the nurse came back with prescriptions and that was it! The prescriptions they prescribe me last time did not work so I needed to go back because the diagnosis was obviously wrong last time I was there so when I went back they tried to charge me for another visit which is still pending for a manager to call me about payment! The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because I lost my prescriptions and when I went back they did not give me any hassle about writing me a new one! My Yelp review might change depending the outcome of the charge on the 2nd visit ! If I was there 3 weeks ago and they prescribe the medications that did not work I don't feel that I should have to pay for a second visit And I should be reimbursed for the medication I paid for that didn't work! I've been a business owner for over 15 years now and I understand customer service so if their staff would like to contact me on Yelp or on my cell phone they have my information
