  • We have retained this law firm for a previous case and had no issues. Therefore, when given the chance we returned. However we did not receive the same treatment. We were given an apt time for a phone conference, only the attorney never actually called. We called back to reschedule and after a few hours finally got ahold of an attorney. Well, that was a mistake. First thing he said to me was that he was in court, I should have not been on his schedule. That he was driving through the mountains and could loose me at any time, but since this HAD to be done, he would take this call. Ok I'll admit. At this point I should have hung up and retained another attorney. He is clearly over worked and frustrated to be talking with me. But I am desperate. I need to know my legal rights. I speak briefly with him about my situation, to which he sides with the parent that has not shown any financial responsibility. I was confused by his answer "why can't you get up at 3:30am to take them to the airport I don't see a problem. I don't think that's difficult." To which I respond. I don't understand. "Are you saying that it is your professional opinion that the parent that has not been supporting the kids finically, and has been difficult with communication has the right to chose the airport time. Even if it requires me to wake up at 3:30am". You guys this is a real question. I still need the answer too. He said "I DONT LIKE YOUR ATTITUDE SO GOOOD LUCK WITH THIS!!!" Then hung up on me!! I spent the next 15 mins crying in a frys parking lot feeling lost. I will never return to this firm. At your most volnerable moments, no one deserves the way he acted with me. I can not believe this was his professional actions! To yell at a client and hang up on them!!! I will post my story every where I can. Please do not allow these people to treat you the way they treated me.
