| - Decent place, horrible staff:
by the end of the night I was feeling sick because of how hot and sweaty it was, I had drank an little too much, tipped the bartenders every time I bought a drink but around 2 o clock I only had 5$ left on me, the bartenders weren't busy at all I asked for a bottle of water (it was 5$ exactly which is I think stupidly over price!!!) I was not feeling good at all and felt very dehydrated and the bartender wouldn't give me the bottle if I didn't tip him, i was pissed, went to see another bartender wich said the exact same thing, I asked really nicely, they gave me lots of attitude even after I told them I was not feeling good at all. What Is wrong with this place!? Water is a basic human necessity, if you want your crowd to be drinking alcohol you need to provide water, when I left the bar I almost passed out but my friend found me some water, this is so dangerous!! I understand this is a big venue and it doesn't have the best crowd, all kids that don't know how to live and properly tip, the bartenders work super hard and probably barely make any tip but to refuse to sell me water!? To me that is unacceptable, I'm not going there ever again, it sucks but the only good thing about this place is the look and the artists they bring in. Things like this happen only when the owners are greedy and don't treat their employee right/ don't train them right. If you want your business to be good you gotta take everything into account especially treat your clients right. Oh and the security were looking for trouble chasing people outside the venue, Security should make sure everyone is safe, not create trouble outside the venue, this is ridiculous. Thats all I had to say.
