  • It's perfect... almost (1 star deducted)!! We were looking for accommodation in Toronto for a family trip (2 people), by reviews we looked for safety, cleanliness, water pressure for shower, noise level and temperature control. This place went beyond our expectations for all of these aspects. All of the staff we came across were friendly and helpful. Every request we had were fulfilled. The surrounding area is super convenient: car rental and gas, and restaurants (mostly are asian/hong kong style). The only unpleasant moment was due to our access cards didn't work multiple times (3 times over 3 days), we are sure it wasn't because of how we carry our cards (we paid extra attention after the first incident), we suspended it was the sensor at the door. One more negative aspect is, poor quality of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel), and boxed tissues, which is rather disappointing. We'll pick this place next time when visiting Toronto again.
