  • Since my last review I am here at least twice a week because of the great deals and friendly service I USUALLY receive. Upon my last visit I had the opportunity to meet a what I am guessing is a new manager Mona I believe is her name, and she has to be the most unpleasant woman I've dealt with in along time. I can't believe she is dealing with customers with such horrible attitude as if she has something better to do then answer a question or assist a customer. I redesign and stage homes so I purchase quite a bit of items from this store as do my assistants for my company and I do refer friends here also, but I may have to reconsider. If I go back it definitely will only be to one of the managers. This isn't a reflection on my previous review, whenever I come in the ladies I deal with always go above and beyond to help so they get 5 stars.
