  • ABC HYUNDAI NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Here's why 1-star rating: 1) ABC HYUNDAI deceptively pulled a hard inquiry on my credit--which is not what they explained and did so without my permission. They MISLED me by saying they were simply "checking" my credit score (which would be a soft inquiry, no impact on credit rating). That hard pull stays on your credit report as a negative factor for 2 YEARS. 2) Making matters worse, in my effort to dispute the hard credit pull, I've tried to contact them, but they have ignored my calls for almost 2 weeks now--that goes for the General Manager, George Estee, and 2 other managers, Giovanni and John-George. 3) A grossly rude salesman, RANDY, went beyond pressure selling. He made smirks and disparaging comments, among them, asking me why I'm not capable to make a decision on my own (when I stated I wanted my partner with me when I made the purchase). I've filed formal complaints against ABC Hyundai with Hyundai USA and Hyundai Finance. The only positive there was salesman Robert Nilsson--he was terrific and kind. I'm sorry he's surrounded by such slimy and unprofessional low-class acts. Other than Robert, this place personifies every negative stereotype of "car salesman." DON'T BOTHER STEPPING FOOT IN THIS PLACE. Instead, go to HENDERSON HYUNDAI SUPERSTORE and ask for ANDREW ZAMACONA for 5-star treatment, from start to finish!
