Do I HAVE to give them 1 star? They don't deserve it. For 2 months they've had us jumping through hoops over financing. We've done everything they've asked of us (including giving them more money--right before Christmas). We're done. There have been too many people involved in our sale, and none of them know what the others are doing or saying. The real problem is that as soon as we're satisfied and think everything is settled, they tell us they need something else and if it doesn't happen ASAP we'll lose our down payment. The entire time my husband and I are being treated as if WE aren't doing what is asked of us or providing the necessary information to close this deal. The "customer service" at Chapman leaves much to be desired and nothing to be proud of. We will never do business with them again and I would vehemently encourage anyone who is contemplating this dealership to look elsewhere.
