  • Horrible customer! And one of the worst moving companies to work with.. first I couldn't get the pod delivered when I moved into my new place so I was without Any furniture, clothing etc for 2 weeks... then the company tried to charge me another month because they couldn't deliver it sooner! I talked to Deanna Thomas and she waved the fee. The Pick up date was scheduled for June 6, but because I had a family emergency and needed to push the date back by one day they now are charging the monthly rent. if they would of picked it up sooner like I requested then I wouldn't of needed that one extra day to be there at my place for them to pick up the stupid pod!!! Deanna acted like she was helping me but found out another way to add on the charges. I'll never use this company again. I Don't recommendate them unless you want to get ripped off
