  • Attn Sales Reps: If you're in the middle of your day and you want to surprise a customer with a treat, don't go to Gigi's in Scottsdale. I walked in and asked to buy 3 dozen cupcakes out of a full case and was turned away. The manager told me that they wouldn't have enough left for the rest of the day if I took all those. Anything over a dozen must be pre-ordered. This is a business that has an inventory issue and does not seem to understand its customers. Save yourself the hassle and go to Sprinkles or Nothing Bundt Cakes. I've been a rep for six years and never had this issue anywhere else.
