| - I LOVE a great fine dining experience, and Elements is such a great place to treat yo'self! (I actually went back in April but stumbling across some old photos of the sunset/food, I was suddenly compelled to write about how amazing this place is!)
Drinks:
-Some grapefruit cocktail caught my eye immediately, and it was perfectly refreshing and not too sweet.
Starters:
-Escargot Pot Pie: SO delicious. I cannot say enough about this ugh.
-Roasted Oyster Rockefeller: I really liked the incorporation of Chinese sausage. It was such a unique way of incorporating Elements's Asian inspiration! Reading it on the menu, I have to say I was kind of confused (being Chinese), but the flavors went together very well! If you're trying to get the best bang for your buck, maybe not the best choice dish. But if you are treating yourself, try this out!
Main entrees:
-Kurobuta Pork Chop: Love the pork with the 5 spice seasoning, and love the brussel sprouts/bacon in this! Plus the pork was so tender and just melted away in my mouth!
-Miso Glazed Salmon: Flavors in this were seriously spectacular. I always wonder how salmon can be done uniquely and if it's worth the money or not, and this salmon proved it can and is indeed!
-Coffee Rubbed Maple Leaf Farms Duck: THIS was a stunner. Presentation was definitely 5/5 for this with all the colors. Flavor combinations were also unique and relatively uncommon, so I'm glad my whole party agreed to try this!
Dessert:
-Banana Miso Upside Down Cake: For the people who don't love super sweet desserts, this cake is your friend. The bacon brittle was just crunchy to perfection, and paired with peanut gelato? I swear my mouth is watering looking at my photos now.
On top of quality food, the view is stunning! I cannot wait for another occasion to come here!
