Prohibition is a solid gastro pub with some decent dishes, good service but nothing particularly memorable. Located in the Riverdale area, Prohibition looks to be a pretty standard pub style restaurant. I don't usually come to this area so I'm not familiar with what's nearby. Service was good with our server checking up on us regularly and bringing us what we needed. In terms of food, we ordered the fish tacos, duck poutine and truffle mac'n'cheese. The fish tacos were sub-par in my opinion and I wouldn't get them again. The duck poutine was tasty but I've had better (I think Bannock does a better one).
The highlight was definitely the truffle mac'n'cheese which I found tasty and cooked well. I'd highly recommend trying that dish.
Overall, I had a positive experience but would be more interested in trying other restaurants in the area rather than visiting again in the near term.
