  • This is one of the only locations I come in and employees are really friendly, especially compared to Eaton Centre. I have been here about three times and each time I felt welcomed. Even if this location is the furthest from my home (Eaton the closest), I choose to come here because I know that I won't be rushed and everyone will be friendly and nice. Last time I came in to purchase a gift for my mom (they had Mother's Day special: spend $150 and get free bracelet worth of $85) I knew what I needed but I was still asking lots of questions, comparing the quality from one charm to another, from one ting to another (in other places employees tend to tell me to hurry up, make my mind because they have limited time per customer and they get really annoyed) but not at this location. The sales person Sandra was really nice. I'm definitely coming back to this location.
