  • Called state farm our insurance company for a tow, 230 pm......Charity gave an eta of about 415 pm. At 630 pm we cancelled charity called another tow company they showed up 15 minutes later! No communication from charity towing, they first had the wrong size tow truck, we clearly stated it was a pick up truck, then the 2nd tow truck broke down, no call to state farm, lastly 655 pm not even a call from anyone that someone fucked up!!!! Don't use these people.
