  • I'm currently living here with my boyfriend and I can't believe the condition we have to live in because the apartment complex can't come and fix things on time. We had to stay in the apartment for an extra year because we couldn't afford to move into a new place at the time. We have lived here since April of 2013 and I can't wait to leave this place in april 2015!!!! I DONT recommend this place to anyone! The carpet is so cheap that it is ripping in the corners, it has been since 6 months after we moved in and I'm sure they will charge us for it. I have never seen so many roaches in my life!!! I have left roach traps everywhere and yet it's still horrible. We have had so many issues with the maintenence. The tub was chipping in one of the bathrooms and it took them 1 year and 6 months to finally fix it!!! The sink has leaked twice all over the floor and all they do is patch it with cement instead of replacing the piece the correct way and yet it still leaks because they don't fix things right. The bathroom sink was clogged for about a month and one of our light switches was broken to where it could electrocute you and it took them a month to replace that as well!!!! The fire alarm has been broken for over 3 months and it still is broken!!! It took them a week to fix our tub that was causing the poor people underneath us to flood their apartment. It is a horrible apartment and I'm terrified of what they are going to try to charge us once we move out after reading the other comments. The sad part is they know about all these things and nothing has been done!!!! Whatever you do don't rent from this apartment complex!!!
