You all suck..in April last year my husband and I went to a cricket store in San tan village or thereabouts to purchase our new Samsung Galaxy S8's It was the launch of the new Samsung Galaxy S8's.. They had one phone and we wanted to purchase 2.. Explaining that they have no way to get a second phone 4 us. Crickets associate told us to go to Best Buy and buy our phones bring them to cricket the same day and they would turn them on.. Downloading the information for our s5's. Charging as $25 for each phone Putting their crappy insurance on each one even though we are paying for it each month ....
they're never gonna replace our S8"s.. We find out with each option that cricket provides we don't get to have it on a phone because they're not cricket phones their Best Buy phones. We want hotspot on our phones and they won't do it because they're not cricket phones they're AT&T phones. You think that they would have told us.. that in the beginning...not!!! These jokers one us to turn our s8's and buy the cricket S9's on installment payments ... Tell we get the full benefits of having cricket service. Well I think that you need to Pro rate our bill for services that you refused to give to us that everybody has as I cricket customer. I demand it!
