  • Update 12/2015: This Starbucks has gotten SO much better. The drinks have been right most of the time and the employees seem to really be getting it together --------- the other Starbucks had a drive through, I'd probably go there over this one. It's convenient which is why I keep coming back but the service is pretty bad. I'm there almost every day and my drink is only right MAYBE half of the time. They're more concerned with being "cutesy" and making some horrible attempt at being funny over the speaker than actually listening to what I'm ordering. One time in particular I told the girl my drink was wrong, and she looked at me blankly like she didn't know what she was supposed to do about it. If Island Bean made what I like to drink, I'd stop going to Starbucks all together EDIT 11/2/15: drink is wrong. Typical. Down to 2 stars.
