  • I called early in the morning around 4:45 am and the technician was at my house within 30 minutes. I was impressed by the fast and friendly service! There was a discrepancy about the price I was quoted. The amount due was significantly higher than what I was told over the phone. I went ahead and paid the amount anyway. Within one business day the owner of the company personally contacted me to discuss the price difference. He was extremely nice, explained the error and immediately refunded me the difference. It is hard to come by five star customer service these days, but this company really takes pride and care in their reputation.
