  • Phoenix carpet repair does a good job and definitely helps save money in repairing vs. replacing. In my most recent experience, their technician was running late and missed our appointment. It would have been nice if they would honor their cancellation policy on both ends (if customer cancels it's a $90 charge, but there was no concession for their inability to meet our appointment).
