They were very helpful in the beginning. The front office was very nice and listened to my concerns. The back nurse want to do good yet management has not trained them on the different paperwork or how to explain the billing. We were scheduled to have our pet in all day for testing. I asked and told the nurse in the morning I would be early to pick her up and didn't think it should be full price. She didn't say anything just sign here after waiting 45 min to drop my cat off. The doctor that day was very rude when discussing the billing, didn't care that plans changed and said I should have canceled the appointment that morning instead of bringing my cat in. WHY was I not told that in the morning? I remember the nurse going to ask questions in the morning about the billing and hearing someone tell her, I am not sure figure it out on your own. Wander if it was that Doctor? Since all other doctors and managers were off at a company event that day, ( The nurse told me about the event and was frustrated as there was no management on site.) I paid for the full day of testing even though we picked our cat up 4 hours early. Asked for our cats medical records and will be going to a different vet. This is the first time we have taken any of our animals to the vet and hope they are not all like this.
