One of the worst camera experiences I have ever experienced. I was so happy that they had a lens I could rent for my Sony camera, so I rented it for a week. Unfortunately a screw had come out of the lens before shooting and I was unable to shoot the remainder of my time. This means I could not use the lens (I don't think Tempe Camera understands that). Since this happened, I returned the lens 3 days early and let Tempe Camera know about the issues that had occurred. The next day they called and told me I was 100% responsible for the repair... Then, I asked about a deduct for returning the camera early to help compensate for the repair, and they told me they would not do it. I will say it again, worst camera lens experience of my life. Learn to understand that I did not put the lens on my camera incorrectly, I have been photographing for 10+ years. This is a defect in the camera lens.
I was going to buy this lens plus another 85mm from them - also a bag and a tripod, but now I will not return to this store. Seems like most of the recent reviews are completely negative and people will not return. This is very unfortunate for Tempe Camera.
