  • I used this facility for years for check ups. I was even delivered from a former Physician (Dr. Holman). Up to pretty much him leaving and continuing practice somewhere else, I've not enjoyed going in for any appointments. Every time I would have to wait 30mins to an hour in the waiting room to be seen. And if I was waiting on a diagnosis from a sample I would have to call THEM to see what was results since they never sent me a letter in the mail or gave me a phone call, they promised. That was very aggravating and happened constantly. With just putting up the constant annoyance of dealing with those issues and I kept coming in because I figured it would be a pain to find another doctors office. I continued to sought care from them during my pregnancy. Same issues continued and then it got worst when I had to change my insurance. The billing department lady harassed me before every appointment to pay them after the six month fee that they had me sign in the very beginning of my pregnancy and did not remind me of it till it was past due. At that time I was switching to a state insurance plan and it was taking some time to receive any information. They wanted me to give anything...literally anything I had to pay them. When in the end they knew me switching to this insurance would allow me to not have to pay anything. It got to the point I was waiting for my appointment, the billing lady called my name. We stood by the door and not in a office and told me I would have to pay today or they wouldn't not continue my care. Even though she knew I was in the process of getting on a state insurance plan. She kept a stern and rude manner towards to me. She pretty much stood with her hand out waiting for me to give in. Thankfully I didn't. I wouldn't have gotten any of my money back if I paid them when I was waiting two weeks from then to get covered. To finish this story, I ended up leaving in tears without seeing my doctor since I didn't have any money on me to pay anything anyways. And I told them I wouldn't be coming back. I have since switched to Paradise Valley OBGYN and have had a much better experience there.
