Some of the worst customer service I've come across. They have tons of employees standing around talking to each other while only one of 5 actual employees able to help you. Then when your lucky to get their 3rd text for your appointment you are required to wait some more time for your person to come and get you. And that is after you check in with the rude guy holding his handy ipad . Maybe Apple with their outrageous priced products should hire more then a few who can handle the amount of people who have problems with their high prices products.
