  • I had to give Josh one star. My husband (fiancĂ© at the time) moved to Arizona from Chicago this past September. We first spoke with josh from Chicago to get Arizona insurance. I don't remember how we found him - probably just searched online. We didn't do much research, we just needed to have insurance while driving across the country. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with insurance. He doesn't return emails or phone calls. Literally. I called him back in May, over two month ago, (and emailed a week later to follow up) to just find out if we could get my last name changed on our insurance cards since we got married. Numerous times we emailed and left voicemails about certain things, and he literally never responded. I wanted to make sure he wasn't sick or in an accident and maybe that's why it was taking so long to hear from him, but that wasn't it. We went to find a new agent and are in the process of changing everything over - and apparently we were told he gets many complaints about him and management will be contacting to speak with him. I don't know if he hates his job and doesn't care about anyone, but he should not be an insurance agent! Do not use Josh as your agent. I hate saying negative things about people and writing negative reviews, but our experience was so horrible. His customer service was nonexistent.
