  • of all the ramen places springing up in downtown Toronto, i am not too impressed with Kinton. i have been there twice. it was decent but not my favorite. (second time was better with the spicy pork miso soup). my biggest problem is the very loud "background" music. even for lunch, you feel like you are in a club. too loud for any decent conversation. soups were also too salty for my taste. the lineup also is a turn off, especially when the food is just ok.
