  • Carol completely butchered my son's hair. I showed her a picture, pointed to the length I wanted his hair over his ears and specifically said scissors only. She said okay, told him what beautiful hair he had and before I could get the three steps to a chair she had buzzed around one of his ears! Even after I again explained scissors only (and she repeated it to me) she continued to reach for her clippers. He had mid length wavy hair when we entered and wanted a trim. His hair is now short and tight to his head. He cried going to school this morning knowing he'll be made fun of. Please!!! All you have to do is listen to what people are asking for. A bad haircut can't be fixed overnight. If you only know how to do one boys haircut then just say you can't help me.
