  • Reginald made my whole day today. I was getting a past due oil change when a young mother and her little boy came in for service after me. Reginald came back in to the waiting area and jovially announced to the young mom that his mother taught him to do be a good man, and he had to let her know that she didn't need an oil change for at least another 3000 miles based on the inspection and information from her past service. He even checked to see if it needed to be topped off at all before she departed. Young mom was very thankful. Kudos to Reginald for his integrity! It says a lot for a business like Jiffy Lube to have honorable employees like him.
