  • I called in a to-go order and was placed on hold for 17 minutes. I hung up and called back. I did not hear a sincere apology and when I asked how long before my order would be ready I was abruptly hung up on. Arrive at restaurant and they have no To-go parking so you have to park way out. Then when I went to walk in there were several smokers hanging out by the doors. You had to hold your breath to walk in. They have an butt can by the front doors inviting this. This will be my last visit here and definitely no more to-go orders.
