  • I currently rent from them, 2 months to be exact! what a nightmare this company is. I have caught them in so many lies. I have emails to prove their lies. I am not a stupid person either. upon move in I find one A/C doesn't work , no smoke detectors for a 9 room house, 3 car garage which is actually a 1 car, appliances 30 years old in non working conditions , bathroom fixtures stripped, the list goes on. last week my pool pump broke, water everywhere. pool is now thick pea soup green, they tell me that I have to wait for owner to approve fixing it, like really ? owner of home is listedas living with me, golba group will not disclose owners contact information. they offered me out of my lease but no deposit back. I cant afford to just pack up and go. they are nasty and rude in the office. oh when my side by side fridge broke they replaced it with an apartment size fridge, refurbished, the guy that delivered it thought it was terrible.
