  • The view was great but the food and drinks were just ok. The elevator person and waitress treated us a bit rude as they realized we were just there for happy hour. They added 18% mandatory gratuity on the undiscounted check. I'm usually a pretty good tipper but just don't force me into it without any fair warning. Sangria and sliders weren't that great.
