  • The staff appears aloof and detached. Service is not the primary ingredient. I purchased four new tires from them and had to wait for twenty four hours to get an appointment to inspect an apparent leak. Customer service today is a whole new ballgame. They need a new attitude. I do not view their service as doing me a favor.
