  • Response time is immediate-Communication is anything BUT vague or lagging-They actually make it pleasant to do business again, which is a real rarity in today's market. I made an appointment, which I was not available to meet for a bid almost two weeks out, I did not have to remember because they reminded me & showed up on time! We worked with Rick, who's personality alone is so relaxed, kind and willing to help you can't feel any other way than you have known him for years; hes is honest about what he provides/doesn't provide in which case he will refer you out or help you fix it yourself. I signed a contract w/ Extreme the same day & I will say I have not 1 regret! Thank you!
