  • TV purchase on Friday went well however TV was an an "open" box" and with no remote. Now I am left with just a TV without the smart features until mid week. TV was a cash purchase and I am not sure I got a good deal. Will think twice if I ever use them again. Not expecting open box delivery. Installers said it was not and then they took my old remote that the salesman said would work. Not sure he was up on his TVs.
