  • Poor Costumer Service. #petpeeve If you appreciate feeling welcome when you walk in somewhere, where you pay premium rental prices, next to "the hood", don't live here. If follow through and taking responsibility are important qualities to you. Don't live here. Residences at 4225 is choosing not to take responsibility for the $1300 worth of damage that stemmed from the infantile tree that fell on my 3month old Jeep Patriot has nothing to do with them and I should look into my insurance regarding "natural causes". Neglecting to take ownership or to pay any mind to the fact that several trees in the community had post on them. Additionally, they are choosing to not take responsibility for the $200 scratch their ill crafted dumpster gate left on my 4month old Jeep Patriot, due to the fact that the gate swings inches inches into the parking spot of Apt. 1043. I only know it was ill crafted because the placed some scrap on metal on the gate tho help with the extra swing it was giving. Horrible. Because the handle still sticks OUT. The issue has not been fixed to this day. I visited in the office to follow up, and as hard as Amanda was "fighting for me" she still failed to even follow up. We moved 2 months later. Do NOT lease Apartment 1043. Or at a Greystar Property for that matter. Got our move out bill.... lots of bullshit charges. If you don't want to fight with a leasing office about general wear and tear in your carpet... don't live here!
