I had an appt with April this afternoon, at 1245p. I was woken up at 1115a by a phone call from Amy saying I missed my appointment. When trying to correct her and say my appointment was at 1245p with April and NOT 11a with Amy, Amy was rude, was cutting me off, and finally hung up in my face. I pulled up the email AND text message I got confirming my appt at 1245p just to make sure I was right, which I was. I called back to explain yet again that someone changed my time without my knowledge. And yet again this rude ass person was cutting me off, not letting me talk, and then hung up on me mid-sentence. HOW IS SHE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL?! Now, in trying to call back no one is answering the phone. This place is for the birds! There is and was no reason for her to be so rude and unprofessional. I would recommend going to a spa that actually is kind and professional. A place that doesn't call to rudely say an appt is missed and just NOT listen to the customer. A place that doesn't hang up on people. A place that isn't rude.
