| - After reading continuous negative reviews, I was a bit skeptical about reserving with Bell Trans. To my surprise, my experience was the complete opposite.
I was looking for a party bus or shuttle that would seat up to 30 guest. This request was becoming a headache as it was labor day weekend. I first was given a quote from Celebrity Charters whom said she would call me back to place the reservation, after not hearing from her, I decided to call; which she then told me "I didn't hear from you, so I reserved your bus and I'm booked for the weekend"
Frustrated and in a panic mode, I started to call around. Due to the holiday weekend, EVERY company had a 4-6 hour minimum charging $200+ per hour (I only needed the bus as a pick-up/drop-off, that would take less than 30 mins each way) I finally came across Bell Trans, and decided to call despite the reviews. First, I never got an automated system, I was able to speak to a live agent (Eric) each time I called. Their prices were EXTREMELY reasonable with no hour minimum, and they had availability...seemed too good to be true, especially for a holiday weekend, which left me more skeptical. I explained my concern to Eric about the reviews and that I was nervous to provide a credit card to book, he allowed me to do a COD reservation; meaning I gave no deposit, provided no credit card, and I was to pay the driver cash upon pick-up. Now I REALLY felt "No way, this for sure is too good to be true" I just knew SOMETHING would go wrong. NOPE!! They arrived on time each way, I paid the driver cash upon pick-up each way, one of my guest even left their phone on the bus & our driver Wanda called to inform us and even dropped it back off to our hotel. This had to be the smoothest reservation ever made. I have no clue how they've received so many complaints. I plan on using Bell Trans for all my shuttle/party bus needs, and highly recommend this company.
My only suggestion, is that they get hold music for their phone system. There's an auto answer saying Bell Trans and then it kinda just goes mute until an agent answers, which may make you think the line has disconnected. Hold music will definitely eliminate the confusion.
Thank you Bell Trans for saving the day :)
