  • We scheduled two appointments with Barbecue Doctors and they canceled the first, calling back to reschedule for three hours later than originally scheduled. The day of the service, they never showed. So we called and Kathy, the scheduler/receptionist stated we should have called back again to confirm the appointment or it would have automatically been canceled. The fact that you have to call again to confirm an appointment they set with you seems like a system for a pretty disorganized scheduler. Definitely do not appreciate losing a morning waiting for them. Would NOT recommend this service
