  • The Brel Team, and in particular Kristin Shensel, were brilliant at helping us buy our first home. Kristin was always available by text, phone, and email. She was working for us early in the morning, late at night, and on weekends. She even got in touch during a cottage vacation! She gave us incredible advice, based on her years of experience in the industry, which ended up saving us tens of thousands of dollars when we went through the bidding process. She knew the area, knew what the house was worth, and helped us arrive at the right number--and our bid was accepted, even though there were other offers. This is no small feat on the Toronto market. She was 100% supportive from the minute we exchanged our first emails to after we moved in. The Brel team provides excellent little touches like moving in supplies for the first few days at home, and a wonderful gift. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kristin to anyone. Thank you so much for helping us get a great house in a fantastic neighborhood! We are so happy.
