  • Very poor communication and false advertisement. I waited 45 minutes to find out what I booked my appointment for was not what I wanted. And a wash is an additional $15 and to reuse my hair is an additional $30. I walked out. Took my braids down for this foolishness! Now I'm looking a mess because of bad business! #pissed
