  • I was charged more than twice the federal rate for USPS postage. Spent almost $130 on what should have been less than a $50 mailing. I wasn't told what the rate would be until after she was done. Apparently they charge a $1.00 fee for every USPS item, even if they're just envelopes. Unfortunately will not be going back. Working for a small business I totally get the need to make a living, but that was ridiculous and who can afford to pay so much for stamps?! Their method of taking credit card payment was also super sketchy, on the sales clerks phone. My receipt wasn't itemized either, it was just a tiny slip that show'd my total.
