  • Booked a reservation for a room via hotels.com. Needed to cancel reservation due to an unforeseen circumstance within the time frame of the cancellation policy. When I went to cancel the reservation, the hotel front desk operator was very rude and abruptly said NO. I then explained that I was within the time frame of the cancellation policy and that no where on hotels.com does it say that there is absolutely no refunds for cancellation within the regarded time frame. Very, very upset with this establishment. Do not book with this hotel, very rude staff and misleading online info.
