| - This is by far the worst Starbucks location I have ever been to. The only reason I continue to go back to this location is because I work in the area and there are no other Starbucks near.
That said, more so than not, the drinks are not made properly. I end up throwing my $5 or more drink away with more than half left, half of the time. Also, iff there are more than two people in line you can expect to wait 10 minutes or more, it seems like everyone who works there is slower than molasses. The most recent issue, I went two days in a row for a food item. The drive thru is set up so that once you are in line you must stay in line until you get to the window.
So after waiting in line for 5 minutes, ordering my item that they did not have, and now I have to wait in line for 5 or more minutes and leave with nothing, I express my frustration to the lady on the headphones. She apologizes and offers me water. Really, water? I had to ask if she was trying to be funny. First of all, NO, I did not drive all the hell the way to Starbucks for a water. 2nd of all, i just got done telling you i have come up here two days in a row and left with nothing. Additionally, today, I chose to go thorough the drive through so now I have to wait in line for 15 minutes for no reason and you offer me a water for my trouble?
Just a piece of advice. In a situation like that, if you are going to offer a cup of water, do everyone a favor and don't offer anything. It seems rude, disrespectful, and like an uneducated response to a upset customer.
