  • If I could give this a -5 stars I would. This was honestly the most traumatic and worst experience me and my boyfriend have ever encountered. We are adventurous people who like a thrill but this was not "scenic" nor was it at any point exciting. It was 106° outside and the turbulence was beyond bad. From the second we took off 6 out of 8 of us were puking. Girls were screaming and I was grabbing on for dear life. It wasn't like anything else I've ever experienced. After the flight all of us were puking in the bathroom trying to get grounded. There were so many women puking in the bathroom that some girls we just sitting on the floor throwing up into bags. This was HORRIBLE. Me and my man felt so bad we cancelled the entire remaining days of our trip and got a wheelchair for myself at night because walking made me nauseous, then headed out back to LA in the morning. This trip did not just cost me the money I spent on the flight it cost me around $800 for canceling things I had already confirmed like a Cabana, amenities at the hotel, ect. Don't dare to go on this airline unless you want to risk your life - honestly. Oh and the customer service is beyond AWFUL!!!!!!!
